Regional Sales/New Business Development Representative

We are currently looking for regional candidates with the right skill-set to lead our business development efforts and help us grow our business.

Job Description, Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Regional Sales/New Business Development Rep for Breeze DS, you will develop and retain new and profitable client relationships and sales opportunities, while managing all aspects of the sales process. You will leverage existing client relationships to identify possible revenue opportunities. Acting as the focal point of the client relationship, you will orchestrate the interface between the client and our creative and development teams. The individual in this position must focus on the delivery of value added solutions to our clients and prospects that will help them reach their goals, while maximizing our revenues over the life of the relationship

You will identify and drive new business opportunities across multiple industries and channels by prospecting, generating leads and targeted calling. You will write proposals, report directly to the Executive team and produce ideas for new projects by identifying prospective client challenges and our potential solutions. Providing market feedback to the team regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and business development ideas is a critical component of this position.

Qualifications:

• Proactively prospecting, qualifying and closing potential new business accounts

• Agency-side sales experience in developing business through advertising, marketing, web design and graphic design (3 or more years preferred)

• Constantly thinking of creative ways to find potential clients as well as efficiently managing current leads flow.

• Media sales experience (3 or more years preferred)

• Proven track record with measurable results

• Strong organizational skills, with a great sense of responsibility and accountability tied to goals and results

• Passionate, energetic, strong work ethic and self-motivated

• Must be comfortable with a relationship-based sales approach and able to manage the sales process for all types of accounts

• Experience with developing, implementing and managing a successful sales strategy within our industry is a plus
